designed clothing out to you from the US.

Our garments on this site are produced by our manufacturers based in the USA.

As each purchase is made to order our delivery times include the time it takes our manufacturer to make your product. This is usually around 18-23 days after your order is placed.

Only Items that are faulty/damaged or have a faulty print may only be returned to our manufacturers. Returns must also comply with our user agreement.
If a reprint is approved, no changes may be granted for change of colour, product, size or design.

Returns for refund must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods, tracked by date of delivery.

Returns for exchange or store credit Must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods, tracked by date of delivery.

Once you have confirmed that you are eligible for a refund/reprint than simply send us an email to [email protected] with the following information.

Your name

Your order number

The date of your purchase

What garment/s you would like to return

A short description of the manufacturing and/or print error

A photo of the garment

Once we've received your email we'll contact our manufacturer and get back to you with an address for your return.
